Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Passback ("we", "us", "our") provides a SaaS platform that enables businesses to create and distribute digital loyalty cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. By accessing or using Passback, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service

Passback is a business-to-business service. You must be a legal entity or individual operating a business to use Passback. You are responsible for all content you distribute through our platform and for compliance with Apple and Google's respective platform policies.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Passback is offered as a monthly subscription. Prices are displayed on our website. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service, we generally do not offer refunds for completed billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge at hello@passback.co and we will review your case. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Passback to distribute illegal content, spam, or misleading information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Passback is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Data We Collect

We collect information you provide when signing up (name, email, company) and data necessary to provide the service (loyalty card data, device tokens for push notifications). We also collect usage data (logs, API calls) for operational purposes.

How We Use Data

Data is used solely to provide and improve the Passback service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Card-holder data (end users of your loyalty program) is processed on your behalf as a data processor.

Data Storage

Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure (EU region). We use industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@passback.co.
